Terms and Conditions
  1. Introduction: Welcome to Apex Digital, operated by Apex Digital s.r.o., Nademlejnská 600/1, Hloubětín, 198 00 Praha 9, Czech Republic
  2. Acceptance of Terms: By engaging in our services, you consent to accept and comply with these terms and conditions.
  3. Service Agreement: All services undertaken by Apex Digital are subject to an explicit service agreement, negotiated and signed prior to service initiation.
  4. Payment Terms: Payments are due as detailed in individual service agreements. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in penalties or suspension of services.
  5. Termination: Both parties can terminate the agreement, with conditions for termination detailed in the service agreement.
  6. Intellectual Property: All content, whether textual, visual, or audio, produced by Apex Digital remains its property until full payment is received. After full payment, the rights are transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified.
  7. Limitation of Liability: Apex Digital shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from our services.
  8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.
  9. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will first attempt to be resolved through negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be subjected to arbitration as agreed upon by both parties.
